This project was originally an audio only project.

The concept was, take the audio from a certain film, and then weave it into my compositions to create a new story. The film I selected was THX1138 by George Lucas (1971). I selected this film because it’s a dystopian, futuristic, sci-fi classic. I felt and I still feel like this film speaks to me. Each composition is a different beat (mix & mastered together). However, all compositions were created or reworked purposefully for this project. This is also one of my last audio-music projects before my long break (which I’m still in) from creating music. Recently, I have developed a style of storytelling through video essays. I have decided to use this style to create a visual story on top of the audio story that I’ve already constructed. This is HoloBroadcast, two related but deconstructed stories at once.
